4. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION
Some Services require creating an account. You must provide accurate information, maintain password confidentiality, and notify us of changes. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products are non-refundable due to their nature.
You are responsible for securely storing downloaded materials.
Incorrect downloads or technical errors will be corrected at our discretion.
6. SERVICES & PACKAGES
Our current offer structure includes:
Primary Entry / Clarity
1:1 90-Minute Business Audit — $1,100 AUD
Scope: Strategic business review, actionable recommendations
Refunds: Non-refundable. Rescheduling possible with 48h notice
High-Touch Strategy
VIP Day — $4,400 AUD
Scope: Full-day intensive including strategy, business & brand recalibration
Deliverables: Post-session follow-up support, roadmap for implementation
Booking: Deposit secures date. Full payment required before session
Refunds: Deposit non-refundable. Cancellations require 14 days’ notice
Monthly CEO Container - $1,320 AUD / month (3-month minimum)
Scope: Ongoing strategic support, refinement, decision-making guidance
Booking: First payment secures enrollment
Refunds: No refunds after payments processed
Creative Direction & Branding
Brand Identity & Creative Direction — from $2,250 AUD
Includes: Brand identity, Showit web design, photoshoot art direction, event styling
Booking: Deposit secures project. Full payment triggers timeline
Refunds: Deposit non-refundable; delays may affect project delivery
Authority Builder
CEO Planner (Notion) — $97 AUD
Strategic, aesthetic operating system for personal/business management
Refunds: Non-refundable
Events & Experiences
Creative direction, concepting, and optional project management for events
Booking: Deposit secures project. Supplier costs separate
Refunds: Deposit non-refundable; rescheduling subject to availability
7. PAYMENT, PRICES & REFUNDS
All prices in AUD and include GST where applicable
We reserve the right to modify prices or offers without notice
Payments via credit card or approved third-party processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
Deposits are non-refundable unless Living with Tahlia cancels Services
Cancellations by you require 14 days’ notice for eligibility for rescheduling or partial refund
8. CANCELLATIONS & FORCE MAJEURE
We may reschedule or cancel Services due to unforeseen circumstances
Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance due to Force Majeure events
9. TESTIMONIALS, USER CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
You may submit feedback, reviews, or content for use by Living with Tahlia
By submitting, you grant a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use your content
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion
10. PROHIBITED USE
You must not:
Violate laws or third-party rights
Interfere with site functionality
Use Services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
Reverse engineer or misuse digital products
11. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS
Services and content are provided “as is”
No guarantee of specific outcomes, profits, or results
You acknowledge that implementation and results are your responsibility
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living with Tahlia is not liable for:
Loss, damage, or injury arising from use of Services
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Errors or omissions in content
Liability is limited to the extent allowed by the Australian Consumer Law.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living with Tahlia from claims arising from:
Violation of these Terms
Breach of applicable law or third-party rights
14. GOVERNING LAW
