frequently asked questions
02. Do you handle event logistics?
Not overall event planning or production. I specialise in creative direction, styling, and the client experience design. If I’m onsite, I’ll manage all suppliers and logistics related to the creative/styling component and ensure seamless communication between vendors so your brand vision is executed flawlessly.
03. Do you work with suppliers?
Yes. I liaise with suppliers and vendors directly to ensure every creative element is aligned with your brand. Supplier costs and contracts can either be managed by you directly (but I oversee the creative execution) or I manage the entire creative budget.
04. What goes into the investment - is it all-inclusive?
Your fee covers my time, expertise, and creative leadership. It does not include venue, production, catering, or certain supplier costs - those are separate and managed by you or your operations team. This keeps things transparent and high-end without hidden fees.
05. Can this service be done virtually, AND WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
For creative direction and concept delivery - YES.
For creative oversight and onsite management - NO. All pre-production can be done virtually; however, I will be required on-site to assist with the day of delivery.
I’m based between Northern Rivers (NSW) and Melbourne, and available for events across Australia (and internationally upon request). Travel costs are billed separately.
06. When should I book you in the process?
As early as possible. The earlier we align on the concept and client journey, the more power we have to shape the entire experience. Ideally, engagement starts during the planning phase, before vendors are locked in, so my creative direction can steer the entire look, feel, and vibe.
LASTLY, Why clients love working with ME on Events + Experiences:
- You get a uniquely branded experience, not cookie-cutter activation.
- The focus stays on design, narrative, and guest feeling - not logistics overwhelm.
- My creative oversight ensures everything aligns - from visuals to flow - for a truly immersive, memorable outcome.
01. What exactly do you do, and what don’t you do?
I design your event/experience vision, client journey, and brand-aligned creative direction, but I don’t handle logistics, such as venue bookings, contracts, or staffing. My focus is on the aesthetic, strategic, and experiential flow; the overall event planning and operational execution are best handled by your planning team or vendors, with me overseeing the creative elements.
